Description
It was a beautiful, warm day, so I decided to grab my macro lens and walk around, looking for something to catch my eye. That's when I noticed something really tiny on the base of our lilac tree. I got a closer look and saw that it was a jumping spider, my first one of the year! I was hoping to find some to photograph more this year, so I hope this is a good sign. They are so adorable, this one wasn't much bigger than a grain of rice, and was quite active. You can even see its web floating above and beside this little cutie.
